Security and Confidentiality

Client materials are stored in controlled digital environments. Access is limited to authorized personnel only. Files are structured to prevent unnecessary distribution. Sensitive materials are not reused or repurposed. We do not publish client work without written permission.

We routinely operate under NDAs. Client NDAs are accepted upon review. Mutual NDAs can be provided upon request.

For classified or export-controlled work: Additional compliance measures may apply. Engagement terms will be defined before work begins. Work may be restricted to specific individuals. StealthWorks does not represent itself as a classified storage facility unless explicitly contracted under separate terms.

All client IP remains protected under contractual agreement. Internal methods, tools, and frameworks remain the property of StealthWorks unless otherwise agreed.

Project materials may be retained for: Record keeping. Legal compliance. Future reference. Clients may request archival or deletion where permitted by law.

Sensitive materials should not be transmitted through unsecured public channels. Secure transfer methods can be arranged when required.

We do not: Publicly list clients without permission. Publish project case studies without consent. Use client names in marketing without approval. Reputation is earned privately.
